Enterprise AI Consulting for the United States
US mid-market teams face the same pressure as large enterprises — board questions, vendor noise, and pilots that never leave the lab — without Big 4 budgets or a dedicated AI office.
Arcloops serves US buyers remotely and hybrid from our presence in Dhaka and Dubai. We do not claim a United States office. Onsite travel is scoped by engagement when workshops, stakeholder interviews, or go-live support require it.
The US mid-market AI landscape
The United States remains the largest commercial market for enterprise AI spend. That scale creates a crowded SERP and an even more crowded vendor landscape: platform hyperscalers, boutique ML shops, productised copilots, and global consultancies all pitching the same “transformation” language. For mid-market operators — roughly companies with serious process complexity but lean internal AI capacity — the real problem is not access to tools. It is sequencing: what to assess first, what to build versus buy, and how to govern shadow AI before it becomes an audit issue.
US buyers are sophisticated about demos and sceptical about outcomes. Many have already funded a proof of concept that never reached production because data ownership was unclear, change management was an afterthought, or the use case was chosen for novelty rather than operational ROI. Procurement cycles are English-first and documentation-heavy; security questionnaires, SOC2 expectations, and data-processing agreements are table stakes even when the work itself is advisory.
Regulation is layered rather than single-source. Sector rules (healthcare HIPAA-adjacent handling, financial services model risk and fair-lending scrutiny, employment screening and EEOC-sensitive automated decisions) sit alongside state privacy regimes — CCPA/CPRA-style consumer rights in California and a growing patchwork of state AI and biometric laws. Emerging federal guidance and agency enforcement actions raise the bar on documentation even when there is no single “US AI Act” checklist. Mid-market teams rarely need a full EU AI Act programme on day one, but they do need policy, risk registers, vendor diligence, and human-in-the-loop standards that survive legal and IT review. Talent is expensive and uneven — senior ML engineers cluster in coastal hubs while operators in the Midwest and South often need enablement that fits existing ERP, HCM, and shared-services stacks rather than a greenfield ML platform.
Stall patterns are predictable. A PE portfolio company funds three parallel copilots with no shared data contract. A CHRO green-lights recruiting AI before counsel reviews adverse-impact documentation. A CFO buys invoice extraction that never clears the ERP integration queue. A digital lead runs a generative demo for the board while shadow ChatGPT already holds customer and employee text in unmanaged accounts. Each stall looks different in a status slide; the root cause is the same: no readiness baseline, no named owner for exceptions, and no exit criteria for the pilot.
Buyer personas in the US mid-market cluster around four sponsors. COOs want throughput and exception rates, not model cards. CHROs want screening and attrition workflows that will not create employment-practice liability. CFOs want AP and controls automation with audit trails controllers can defend. CISOs and IT leaders want vendor shortlists, residency options, and policy that closes the shadow-AI gap without banning every useful tool. PE operating partners often sit above these sponsors and demand a 6–12 month plan that can be compared across portfolio companies — evidence-led sequencing, not transformation theatre.
Arcloops approaches AI consulting USA as evidence-first work: readiness before strategy, strategy before build, and handover designed so your team owns the next cycle. Delivery is remote by default from Dhaka and Dubai, with hybrid travel when workshops or go-live require it. We compete on clarity and delivery discipline, not on a fabricated US street address.
We serve this market remotely (and hybrid on request). We do not claim a local office here.
Who we serve in the United States
We work with US mid-market and upper mid-market organisations that want enterprise-grade AI consulting without a multi-year transformation theatre. Typical buyers are COOs, CHROs, CFOs, and heads of digital who need a sequenced roadmap, governed pilots, and product-backed workflows — not another slide deck of industry buzzwords. PE-backed operators and shared-services leaders are frequent sponsors when the mandate is a practical plan that survives portfolio review, not a Big 4 brand stamp for optics alone.
Delivery is remote by default from Dhaka and Dubai, aligned to US Eastern and Central working hours for live workshops where possible, with asynchronous documentation as the system of record. Hybrid onsite support is available when the engagement warrants travel — readiness interviews, leadership workshops, or go-live support scoped in the statement of work. We are honest about timezone lag for West Coast–only teams and plan ceremonies accordingly rather than pretending a US office covers every timezone.
What we do not pretend: a permanent local bench in New York, Austin, or Chicago; a branded lobby for client tours; or a substitute for Big 4 attestation when that is what your board explicitly requires. What we do ship: readiness evidence, governance artefacts, enablement, and deployable workflows in finance, HR, and approvals — with clear ownership so you are not locked into a retainer to keep your own roadmap. If your US team needs operators who will say “stop” when a use case is not ready, we are a fit.

US market FAQ
Core delivery runs from Dhaka and Dubai — we do not staff a US office. We schedule live workshops for US Eastern and Central overlap where possible, and document decisions asynchronously so West Coast stakeholders are not blocked by ceremony timing. Critical milestones can include evening or early-morning sessions by agreement. Status, risks, and decisions live in shared artefacts rather than informal chat, so timezone lag never becomes an excuse for lost ownership.
Advisory work uses the repositories and tools you approve in the engagement agreement — typically your existing cloud tenants, approved collaboration suites, and controlled sample sets until legal and security clear production access. Product deployments follow the hosting options defined for that product — including client-controlled or region-constrained cloud where required. We do not move production data into unmanaged personal tooling, and we will not invent a US data-centre claim we do not operate. State privacy and sector rules (for example employment or financial data classes) are treated as design inputs, not afterthoughts.
Yes, when the engagement needs it — readiness interviews, leadership workshops, or go-live support. Travel is scoped and priced per engagement in the statement of work. Day-to-day delivery remains remote from Dhaka and Dubai. We do not maintain a US office, invent a local street address, or market a permanent onshore bench we cannot staff. If you need five-days-a-week onsite presence for the full programme, say so early — that is a different delivery model than we claim here.
Big 4 firms excel at large-scale programme governance and brand coverage for global enterprises. We focus on mid-market buyers who need faster, leaner cycles: readiness evidence, practical strategy, enablement, and product-backed builds with explicit handover. We are not a substitute when you specifically need a Big 4 attestation narrative for board or regulator optics. We will say so if a larger firm is the better fit — and we can work as a specialist alongside a larger SI when that structure is right.
Most start with an AI readiness assessment — data, process owners, team capability, and shadow-AI footprint — then move into strategy, governance, or a bounded solution/product build. Commercial language is English; security questionnaires and DPA review happen before sensitive access. Typical early use cases include invoice and AP workflows, recruiting or attrition support, and structured document approvals. You own the artefacts; continuation is optional and scoped. We do not invent ROI percentages without a baseline and measurement plan you accept.
