Careers

Build AI that enterprises keep.

Arcloops hires practitioners — engineers, trainers, and advisors who’ve shipped. We take limited client load; the same philosophy applies to hiring. We would rather leave a role empty than fill it with theatre.

How we think about hiring

Arcloops is a practitioner firm. Advisory, research, and consulting only work when the people doing the work have implemented systems, trained teams, or sat in rooms where enterprise adoption actually fails. We hire for that evidence — not for slide fluency alone.

We never advise before we understand. Every serious engagement starts with readiness evidence.

We keep client load selective so engagements get attention. Hiring follows the same rule: fewer people, higher bar, clear ownership. If you need a large corporate ladder and a dozen overlapping titles, we are the wrong firm. If you want to ship work that hands over cleanly and compounds, keep reading.

Who we hire for

Roles open and close with demand. Across cycles we look for people who fit these shapes — even when a formal posting is not live:

Engineers and builders

People who can design and ship AI-assisted products and workflows — integrations, agents, data pipelines, and production hardening — and who write documentation their successors can use.

Trainers and enablement leads

People who can teach executives, managers, and practitioners in Bangla and English, design role-specific programmes, and measure whether behaviour changed — not only whether attendance was logged.

Advisors and programme leads

People who can run readiness, strategy, policy, or governance work with regulated enterprises — and tell the truth when AI is the wrong tool for the problem.

What working here looks like

  • Audit-first culture — evidence before advice, even when a client wants a shortcut.
  • End-to-end ownership — we stay across strategy, people, and build until adoption compounds.
  • Handover as a design constraint — systems and programmes are built so clients can run without us.
  • Dhaka-primary with Dubai available — client work across Bangladesh and the UAE.
  • Selective client load — fewer parallel engagements so quality stays non-negotiable.

How to apply (including when roles are closed)

When a role is open, we post a short brief with must-haves and how to apply. When no roles are listed, thoughtful speculative notes still matter — we keep a short list of people we want to talk to when demand returns.

A useful note is short: who you are, what you have shipped (products, programmes, or enterprise outcomes), what you want to do next at Arcloops, and links or artefacts we can verify. Generic “seeking opportunities” emails with no evidence of practice go unanswered.

Email hello@arcloops.io with a subject that names the profile you fit (e.g. “Builder — workflow automation” or “Enablement — Bangla programmes”). We read every serious message; response time varies with client load.

What the process looks like

  1. 01

    Screening

We review for evidence of shipped work and fit to practitioner standards — not keyword density on a CV.

  2. 02

    Conversation

A working conversation with a founder or lead about real problems you have solved, how you handle ambiguity, and how you communicate with enterprise stakeholders.

  3. 03

    Practical signal

Where relevant: a short work sample, walkthrough of a past system, or teaching sample — scoped so it respects your time.

  4. 04

    Decision

We move quickly when fit is clear. If we decline, we prefer honesty over endless “maybe later” loops.

Open roles

No open roles right now. Send a thoughtful note to hello@arcloops.io if you match a profile above — we hire selectively and keep a short speculative list.

  • Audit-first — evidence before advice
  • End-to-end — we stay until adoption compounds
  • Practitioners, not theorists

Careers FAQ

Client work is centred on Dhaka with Dubai available on request. Remote or hybrid arrangements depend on the role and delivery needs — we say so clearly when a role opens.

Occasionally, when we can give real work and supervision — not unpaid busywork. Ask only if you can show a portfolio of practice.

Yes if you have clear evidence of practice and a specific fit. Speculative notes without substance will not get a reply.

Discuss case by case for the role and location. Do not assume sponsorship is available for every opening.
