How we engage

How to work with Arcloops

Enterprise buyers need a clear path before booking a call. Here are three engagement tracks — without invented list prices. Scope and quote after discovery.

Choose where you are

We never advise before we understand. Every serious engagement starts with evidence of where you stand. Choose the track that matches where you are — not where a vendor wants you.

01

Start with an Audit

AI Readiness Assessment — a fixed-scope map of data, processes, team capability, and existing AI footprint. You leave with a report and opportunity map you own. No obligation to continue.

Who it is for
Organisations under pressure to “do AI” who need an evidenced baseline before strategy, training, or product spend.
Typical timeline
Typically 5–10 business days

02

Engage for a project

Scoped consulting, enablement, policy/governance, vendor selection, a department solution, or a named product deployment. Fixed deliverables, clear owners, and handover built in.

Who it is for
Teams that already know the problem shape — strategy, training, controls, or a workflow that needs to ship.
Typical timeline
Weeks to a few months depending on scope
Talk about a project →
03

Build for the long term

Retainer or embedded engagement when the arc needs to compound — successive loops of audit, consult, train, and build with the same partner who already knows your stack and politics.

Who it is for
Enterprises that want continuity after the first successful cycle — not a one-off deck and a goodbye.
Typical timeline
Quarterly cycles; scoped per engagement letter

We do not publish list prices on this site. Quotes are fixed-scope after discovery — and we will say no when AI is the wrong tool for the problem.

Engagement FAQ

Usually when the baseline is unclear. If you already have evidence and a clear project brief, we can enter at strategy, enablement, or build. We will say when skipping audit would waste budget.

Enterprise scope varies by data access, integrations, languages, and regulatory posture. Invented list prices mislead buyers. We quote fixed scope within a few business days after discovery.

Named products (MerchantPro, ArcLoops HCM, Approvals, Lease) usually sit in the project track when fit is clear. An audit can confirm fit first if you are unsure.

Our Process describes the four loops (Audit, Consult, Train, Build). This page describes how commercial engagement usually starts and expands. Read both.
