Consulting · Enablement
Build the AI capability your strategy requires.
AI enablement is not a one-day workshop. It is a structured programme that builds genuine capability across every level of your organisation — executives who can lead AI adoption, managers who can identify AI opportunities, and practitioners who can use AI tools to do their jobs better.
Awareness is not capability
You can have a strong AI strategy and advanced tools in your industry. If your team does not know how to use them — or does not trust them — none of it delivers value. Most AI training programmes in Bangladesh leave participants knowing what AI is but not how to apply it in their actual jobs.
The training gap is the most common reason AI initiatives fail to scale beyond the pilot stage. In Bangladesh specifically, where AI is being introduced to teams with little formal AI background, that gap is wider than most organisations realise. English-only workshops leave a large part of the workforce behind; generic demos never transfer to the tools people open on Monday morning.
Enablement that sticks is built on your tools — not vendor demos — delivered in Bangla, English, or mixed format when language is a real barrier, assessed with practical tasks rather than attendance certificates, and supported for 30 days after the last session. Sector context matters too: a garments floor programme looks nothing like one for a microfinance credit team. Enablement is the difference between AI adoption and AI spend.
What the engagement includes
01
Executive AI Literacy
For C-suite, board, and senior leadership. What AI can and cannot do, how to evaluate AI proposals, how to lead AI-adopting organisations, and how to ask the right questions of vendors. No technical background required — judgment and decision-making, not code. Workshop format, up to 20 participants, in-person or online, English or Bangla.
Deliverable: Executive workshop pack and decision checklist
Half day (4 hours)
02
Manager AI Fluency
For department heads, team leads, and middle management. AI use cases by function, identifying opportunities in team workflows, briefing internal and external AI teams, and measuring AI-driven improvement. Includes hands-on exercises with real tools. Workshop plus practicals, 12–25 participants.
Deliverable: Manager workshop pack and opportunity worksheet
Full day (8 hours)
03
Practitioner AI Skills
For individual contributors by function — finance, HR, operations, customer service, and more. Tool-specific, workflow-specific training so practitioners learn AI against the work they already do. Available in Bangla, English, or mixed format. Workshop plus practicals, 10–20 participants per cohort.
Deliverable: Role-specific curriculum and practical assessment
Half day to full day
04
AI Champions Programme
For internal change agents who will carry AI adoption forward. Prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI tool evaluation, change management, and practical project work. Graduates become your internal AI capability — weekly sessions with ongoing support so the organisation is not dependent on external trainers forever.
Deliverable: Champions curriculum, project brief, and 30-day support plan
4–8 weeks (weekly sessions)
Who it's for
- Organisations with an AI strategy or tool investment that is stalling because teams cannot apply it day to day.
- Leadership teams that need executive literacy before approving further AI spend or vendor proposals.
- HR and L&D leads building role-specific capability across departments — with evidence of effectiveness, not just attendance.
- Enterprises that need Bangla-capable delivery for a meaningful share of the workforce, including RMG, banking, telecom, NGO, government, FMCG, and healthcare contexts.
Questions about enablement
Yes. All programmes are designed for on-site delivery. We can also deliver online for distributed teams, though we strongly prefer in-person for practical programmes.
Our workshops are most effective with 12–25 participants per cohort. For larger teams, we recommend multiple cohorts over consecutive days.
Yes. All programmes are available in Bangla, English, or a mixed format. We confirm the preferred language at scoping stage.
We include practical assessments and provide a training effectiveness report at the close of each engagement. The report documents participant performance, identifies who may need follow-up, and recommends next steps.
All programmes are customised. We don't deliver off-the-shelf content. The scoping call before every engagement is where we understand your specific context, your tools, and your team's starting level.
