By accessing or using arcloops.io (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Content on the Site is for general information about Arcloops and enterprise AI adoption. It is not professional advice, a proposal, or a binding offer.

Paid advisory, training, or implementation work begins only when we and you execute a separate engagement letter, statement of work, or contract. Until then, nothing on the Site creates a client relationship.

We aim to keep the Site available but do not warrant unbroken or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.

The Arcloops wordmark, Site design, and original copy are owned by Arcloops or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use Site materials to train machine-learning models or commercial datasets without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Abuse contact forms or booking tools (including automated spam) • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent security or rate limits • Impersonate another person or organisation • Use the Site in violation of applicable law

The Site may link to third parties such as Cal.com and LinkedIn. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arcloops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Our aggregate liability relating to the Site (excluding paid engagement contracts, which have their own terms) is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us solely for Site-related services in the three months before the claim — which for typical Site use is zero.

You agree to indemnify Arcloops against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith by negotiation. Failing resolution, courts in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site.

Engagements with UAE clients or other jurisdictions may be governed by the terms of the applicable engagement contract, which control for that work.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
