We spend time in your offices. We interview department heads, observe workflows, and speak with the people who actually do the work — not just leadership. The real picture of AI readiness never comes from the top of an organisation alone.

Analysis and report
We analyse everything and build your report — plain-language executive summary for leadership, technical appendices for IT and operations, and hard calls on what is realistic versus a distraction. You receive an Opportunity Map ranked by feasibility and impact, a Risk Register covering privacy, regulatory, vendor, and operational exposure, and a Recommended Roadmap for the first 6–12 months tied to your capacity — not a template.

Report delivery and debrief
