Our process
The arc of AI adoption. Built in loops.
How we work
We never advise before we understand. Every serious engagement starts with readiness evidence.
Most AI consulting firms sell a single service and walk away. Arcloops covers the full arc — and we structure the work so each step builds on the one before it.
The result: AI adoption that compounds. Not a pilot that stalls.
Audit
Where are you now?
We map your organisation across four dimensions before making a single recommendation:
- 01Data infrastructure — What data do you have? Is it clean, accessible, and AI-ready?
- 02Process readiness — Which workflows are good candidates for AI? Where does AI create real value?
- 03Team capability — What's your team's current AI literacy? What training is needed?
- 04Current AI footprint — What AI tools are already in use? What's working? What isn't?
- Deliverable
- AI Readiness Report + Opportunity Map
- Timeline
- 5–10 business days
Consult
Where should you go?
Built on the audit findings, the consulting loop develops your strategy:
- 01Use case prioritisation — which 3–5 opportunities to pursue first
- 02Build vs. buy decisions — what to build with Arcloops, what to buy from a vendor, what to use off-the-shelf
- 03Data strategy — what needs to change about your data infrastructure to make AI work
- 04Roadmap — phased plan with milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics
- 05Governance — what policies, oversight, and risk management the organisation needs
- Deliverable
- AI Strategy + Implementation Roadmap + Board Presentation
- Timeline
- 4–8 weeks
Train
Can your team get there?
Strategy without capability is a document. The training loop builds the human side:
- 01Executive AI literacy — leaders who can evaluate AI proposals and lead AI-adopting organisations
- 02Manager AI fluency — department heads who can identify opportunities and brief internal teams
- 03Practitioner AI skills — individual contributors trained on the specific tools their roles require
- 04AI champions — internal change agents who sustain adoption after Arcloops leaves
Available in Bangla, English, or mixed format.
- Deliverable
- Training completion report, skills assessment, capability recommendation
- Timeline
- 2–8 weeks depending on scope
Build
We build what the strategy calls for.
The implementation loop delivers working AI into your organisation:
- 01Workflow automation — high-volume manual processes automated with n8n, Make.com, or custom code
- 02LLM integrations — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini embedded into your existing systems
- 03AI agents — multi-step autonomous agents for complex, repeatable workflows
- 04Data pipelines — infrastructure to make your data AI-ready at scale
- 05Custom products — AI-native software built from scratch
Built to be yours — documentation, training, and exit from day one.
Every build engagement includes
- Full documentation
- Team training on the delivered system
- 30-day post-go-live support
- Complete handover — the system is yours
Then we loop back
After each cycle, the implementation surfaces new insights:
- New AI use cases the organisation can now tackle
- Data gaps the first cycle revealed
- Team capability areas that need further development
- Policy or governance updates required by what was built
That's where Loop 1 begins again — smarter, faster, with a team that now knows how to do this. This is the arc.
Process FAQ
No. Most organisations start with Audit. Others enter at Consult, Train, or Build when the prior evidence already exists. The loops are a system — not a forced bundle.
Typically 5–10 business days for a readiness assessment style engagement, depending on organisational size and access to stakeholders and systems.
You do. Reports, roadmaps, policies, and systems are yours. We design for handover so the organisation can run without permanent dependence on us.
After build or enablement, new use cases, data gaps, and capability needs surface. The next Audit or Consult cycle starts from a stronger baseline — that compounding is the point of the arc.
Sometimes. If the problem, data, and owners are already clear, we can enter at Build or Consult. If the brief is fuzzy, skipping Audit usually wastes the build budget — we will say so.
Where does your organisation start?
We never advise before we understand. Every serious engagement starts with readiness evidence. If you're not sure, start with the audit. If you already know what you want to build, let's talk about the build.
