We built Arcloops because the gap was obvious.
Enterprises across Bangladesh were being sold AI by vendors who had no intention of making adoption work. Consulting firms were delivering strategy documents that sat unread. Training programmes were teaching people what AI is, not how to use it.
The technology was moving faster than the ecosystem's ability to make it work.
We decided to build the firm that changes that.
What Arcloops is
Arcloops is an enterprise AI advisory, research, and consulting firm based in Dhaka, with a presence in Dubai.
ARC stands for Advisory, Research, and Consulting. Loops is how we deliver it — not as one-off engagements, but in a continuous cycle where each piece of work builds on the last. The audit informs the consulting. The consulting shapes the training. The training accelerates the implementation. And the implementation surfaces the insights that start the next loop.
We are a practitioner firm. Both founders have done the work we advise on. We don't theorise about AI. We implement it, and we've been implementing it long enough to know where it goes wrong.
The founders
Swajan
Co-Founder, Technical and Delivery Lead
Swajan is a software engineer and AI implementer with active projects across seven countries. As Co-Founder and CEO of FredoCloud — a Dubai-based AI automation and software engineering studio — he has built AI-powered systems and automation infrastructure for clients across the UAE, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Bangladesh, Egypt, and the United States.
His technical depth covers the full AI engineering stack: Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, LangChain, n8n, and the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. At Arcloops, Swajan leads technical architecture, product delivery, and the solutions loop.
Imdad
Co-Founder, Advisory and Training Lead
Imdad is an enterprise AI trainer and business consultant with a track record that spans Bangladesh's largest organisations. As a certified AI CERTs® trainer and former Head of Training and Solutions at NetCom Learning Bangladesh, he has delivered AI training and consulting to professionals across telecommunications, banking, NGOs, manufacturing, and government bodies.
He has been in rooms at Grameenphone, SMC, Sajida Foundation, LGED, and many others. He understands what enterprise AI adoption looks like from the inside — the politics, the scepticism, the budget constraints, and the moments where adoption actually tips. At Arcloops, Imdad leads advisory relationships, enterprise development, and the training loop.
Why we built the firm the way we did
Most consulting firms charge you for advice and leave. Most training firms run a workshop and hand you a certificate. Most software firms build something and hand over the keys.
None of those models makes AI adoption work. What makes it work is a partner who understands the full picture — the strategy, the people, and the technology — and stays across all of it.
That's what we built Arcloops to be.
What we commit to
We audit before we advise.
We never tell a client what they should do before we understand what they're working with. Every engagement — no matter how urgent the situation — starts with some form of structured assessment.
We tell the truth about what's possible.
If AI won't solve your specific problem, we'll say so. If the timeline you're expecting isn't realistic, we'll say that too. We have turned down engagements because the client's expectations weren't achievable. We prefer that to starting work we can't deliver on.
We build for handover.
Every system we build and every strategy we develop is designed so that your team can own it without us. We're building your organisation's capability. Not your dependency on Arcloops.
Work with us.
We take on a limited number of new clients each quarter to make sure every engagement gets our full attention. If you're considering working with Arcloops, the right first step is a 30-minute discovery call.
