What AI can and cannot do, how to evaluate AI proposals from vendors, how to ask the right questions, how to lead an organisation that is adopting AI. No technical background required. The focus is judgment and decision-making, not technical knowledge.
AI for Managers
- Duration: Full day (8 hours)
- For: Department heads, team leads, middle management
- Format: In-person workshop, 12–25 participants
- Language: English or Bangla
AI use cases by function, how to identify AI opportunities in your team's workflows, how to brief your team on AI adoption, how to measure AI-driven improvement. Includes hands-on exercises with real tools.
Role-Specific AI Skills
- Duration: Half day to full day depending on scope
- For: Individual contributors across departments
- Format: Workshop + practicals, 10–20 participants per cohort
- Language: English or Bangla
Practical, tool-specific training built around what your team actually uses. Finance teams learn AI-powered forecasting and reporting. HR teams learn AI for recruitment and L&D. Operations teams learn workflow automation. Customer service teams learn AI for support and escalation.
AI Champions Programme
- Duration: 4–8 weeks (weekly sessions)
- For: Internal AI change agents
- Format: Weekly sessions (3–4 hours each) + ongoing support
- Language: English or Bangla
A deeper programme that builds genuine AI capability in a small group who then support the rest of the organisation. Covers prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI tool evaluation, change management, and practical project work.

Built on your tools, not demos
We don't show generic AI demonstrations. We work with the tools your organisation already uses or is planning to adopt. When participants leave the room, the training is immediately applicable. That's the difference between training that changes behaviour and training that gets forgotten.
Delivered in Bangla when it matters
AI training in Bangladesh has been predominantly delivered in English. This creates a real barrier for a significant portion of the workforce. Our trainers are comfortable delivering in Bangla, English, or a mixed format depending on the audience. This is not a translation service — our trainers think in both languages.
Assessment and practical evaluation
We include practical assessments, not just attendance certificates. For longer programmes, participants complete real tasks that demonstrate capability. This gives your organisation evidence of training effectiveness — useful for reporting to boards, HR records, and further development planning.
30-day post-training support
We don't disappear after the last session. Participants get 30 days of follow-up access — questions answered, tool issues resolved, and practical guidance on applying what they learned to specific work situations.

Each sector has a different tool context, a different regulatory environment, and different cultural factors around technology adoption. We account for all of this. An AI training programme for a garments factory floor looks nothing like one for a microfinance institution's credit team. Ours don't look the same either.

Yes. All programmes are designed for on-site delivery. We can also deliver online for distributed teams, though we strongly prefer in-person for practical programmes.
Our workshops are most effective with 12–25 participants per cohort. For larger teams, we recommend multiple cohorts over consecutive days.
Yes. All programmes are available in Bangla, English, or a mixed format. We confirm the preferred language at scoping stage.
We include practical assessments and provide a training effectiveness report at the close of each engagement. The report documents participant performance, identifies who may need follow-up, and recommends next steps.
