AI Audit

Know exactly where you stand before you invest in AI.

The AI Audit is where every Arcloops engagement begins. Before we advise on strategy or recommend a solution, we assess your organisation's data infrastructure, current AI footprint, team readiness, and the processes most likely to benefit from AI.

Most enterprises in Bangladesh skip this step. That's the first reason AI initiatives fail.

What the AI Audit covers

This is not a questionnaire or a one-day workshop. It is a structured, multi-layered assessment across four dimensions.

Data Infrastructure

Where is your data? Is it clean, accessible, and structured in a way that makes AI work realistic? Many organisations in Bangladesh are sitting on valuable data locked in legacy systems, siloed across departments, or not collected in a usable format. We map what you have and what you need.

Process Readiness

Which of your business processes are genuine candidates for AI? We analyse your core workflows — operations, HR, finance, customer service, compliance — and identify where AI can meaningfully reduce cost, increase speed, or improve decision quality. Not every process should be AI-assisted. We tell you which ones should.

Team Capability

AI adoption fails when the team isn't ready for it. We assess current AI literacy across your organisation, identify specific skill gaps by role, and recommend training priorities. This feeds directly into the Training loop if you proceed with us.

Current AI Footprint

Most organisations have already started using AI tools — ChatGPT for drafting, Excel Copilot, automated reporting. We document what's in use, what's working, what isn't, and where shadow AI (unsanctioned tools) might be creating compliance or data risk.

What you receive

AI Readiness Report

A written report documenting findings across all four dimensions. Plain-language executive summary for leadership. Technical appendices for your IT and operations teams. Specific, honest, and actionable.

Opportunity Map

A prioritised list of AI use cases specific to your organisation — ranked by feasibility, potential impact, and implementation complexity. No generic recommendations. Every item on this list is grounded in what we observed during the audit.

Risk Register

An honest assessment of the risks associated with AI adoption in your context — data privacy, regulatory considerations (Bangladesh Bank guidelines, relevant sector regulations), vendor lock-in risks, and operational risks your team hasn't considered.

Recommended Roadmap

A phased roadmap for your first 6–12 months of AI adoption. Tied to your specific goals, budget signals, and team capacity. Not a template — built from the audit findings.

Leadership Debrief Session

A two-hour session with your leadership team to walk through findings, answer questions, and agree on next steps. This is where the strategy conversation begins.

How it works

  1. 01

    Discovery call (30 minutes)

We speak with your key stakeholders to understand the organisation's scope, the functions involved, and what you're hoping to achieve with AI. This is also where we confirm the audit is the right starting point.

  2. 02

    Documentation review (2–3 days)

You share relevant documentation: org charts, process maps, existing technology stack, any current AI initiatives or tools in use. We review everything before any in-person time.

  3. 03

    On-site assessment (1–2 days)

We spend time in your offices. We interview department heads, observe workflows, and speak with the people who actually do the work — not just the leadership. This is the most important step. The real picture of AI readiness never comes from the top of an organisation.

  4. 04

Analysis and report writing (3–5 days)

We analyse everything and build your report. This is where we make the hard calls — what's realistic and what isn't, what's high-value and what's a distraction, and what your organisation is genuinely not ready for yet.

  5. 05

    Report delivery and debrief

We deliver the full report and walk your team through it. We bring specific recommendations, not observations. You should leave the debrief knowing exactly what your next move is.

Timeline: 5–10 business days from kickoff

Who the AI Audit is right for

  • Enterprises with 100+ employees who are serious about AI but haven't committed to a specific direction yet. If you're in the "we know we need to do something about AI but we don't know what" position — this is exactly the right starting point.
  • Organisations that have already run AI pilots that didn't deliver. If you've invested in AI tools or initiatives that didn't scale, the audit will tell you why and what to do differently.
  • Leadership teams under pressure to have an AI strategy. If your board, shareholders, or parent company is asking for an AI roadmap and your internal team doesn't have the capacity to build one independently, we provide that foundation.
  • Companies preparing for a significant AI investment. Before you commit to a major automation system, training programme, or custom AI product, an independent baseline assessment significantly reduces the risk of building the wrong thing.

Common questions

Telecommunications, banking and microfinance, development and NGO, manufacturing and RMG, government-adjacent bodies, and FMCG. Each sector has distinct AI opportunities and constraints. Our methodology accounts for this — the audit looks different for a bank than it does for an NGO.

No. All documentation and data shared during the audit is treated as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs before any documentation is shared.

No. The report and roadmap are yours. You can take them anywhere. Many clients proceed into consulting or training with us, but there is no obligation.

Even better. The audit documents what's in use, assesses whether it's being used effectively, and identifies what's missing. Organisations that have already started are often in the best position to accelerate.

Pricing depends on organisational size and scope. Contact us and we'll provide a fixed-price quote within two business days.

Start with the audit. Everything follows from here.

The audit is the lowest-risk way to begin. You get a clear picture of where you are, what's possible, and what your next step should be — before committing to a large investment. Most clients tell us it's the most valuable two hours they've spent on AI.
