How we engage
Project-based consulting
A defined scope, fixed timeline, and clear deliverables. Most project engagements run 4–12 weeks depending on organisational complexity. You know the cost before we start. There are no surprises.
Typical deliverables: AI strategy document, use case business cases, data strategy, vendor evaluation, implementation roadmap, and a board-ready presentation.
Advisory retainer
A monthly engagement where Arcloops serves as your fractional Chief AI Officer. We attend key meetings, review vendor proposals, advise on decisions, and keep your AI programme on track. For organisations that want senior AI expertise on call without a full-time hire.
Minimum engagement: 3 months. Typically 2–4 days per month.
Who benefits most from AI consulting
